Program

Sormiou : yoga session in the pine forest near the Morgiou car park. Start the walk along the tourist trail to the crossroads and take a break at the viewpoint. Taste some vegan snacks with herbal tea or garrigue (scrubland) syrup. Descent into the deep Calanque de Sormiou, picnic on the beach. Return by ascending to reach the Col de Cortiou and finish with a walk along the ridge.

Marseilleveyre : a loop starting from the port of Callelongue, a short climb to join the GR 98/51 along the edge with panoramic views of the sea, the Calanques de Cassis, Île Maïre, Jaïre and Riou. Vegan gourmet break.
Yoga session on a Napoleonic artillery facing Riou Island and picnic on the wild Marseilleveyre cove, only accessible on foot or by sea. Return via the Calanque de la Mounine with a gentle climb to the Callelongue semaphore, with its 360-degree view of Marseille, the Frioul islands and the Blue Coast range on one side and the Riou archipelago and the Calanques on the other. Return to the Callelongue port car park.

Sugiton : a one-kilometre walk through the heart of the pine forest along bushy side paths, then a hike towards Sugiton, a sporty descent beneath the cliffs where migratory birds nest, also a renowned climbing spot. Vegan snack at the halfway point.
Yoga session above the sea on a dedicated platform, then a short descent to the “Torpedo boat” cove, named after the rocky islet there. Picnic lunch.
The hike ends with a cardio ascent through the scrubland towards the Luminy university campus.

Yoga is suitable for all levels. It gently awakens the entire body, improving concentration and feeling in harmony with nature.

The hike is enhanced by botanical and historical facts and various anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.

Moments of meditative contemplation, lulled by the sound of the waves.
